The ground rules, in plain words.

ChatShaadi, a brand of BeCrisp HQ, designs interactive, chat-style wedding invitations. Your guests open them from a link in any browser, with no app or sign-up needed. We offer:

Classic

A chat-style invite for single or multi-day celebrations, with custom couple illustrations and background music.

Signature

Everything in Classic, plus RSVP collection, a guest dashboard, reminders, and notifications. Includes 50 guests, expandable to 150.

Add-ons

Animated Character Story, Custom Domain, Photo Pod & Live Memories, Additional Guests. Additional Guests is available on Signature only.

• You choose a plan and any add-ons at checkout
• Once your payment is verified, we create a host account for the email you used, or link the order to your existing account
• You then send us your names, events, venues, and photos through our project form
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account
• The information you give us must be accurate, as your invite is built from it

• Full payment is required upfront, before work begins
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, and net banking)
• Prices are shown in your local currency where available and confirmed at checkout
• The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order
• Promo codes are subject to their own conditions and can't be exchanged for cash

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our team builds your invite from the details you send us and lets you know when it's ready. Timing depends on us receiving complete details from you.

Design revisions

Requested within 7 days of delivery, at no extra cost.

Event details

Dates, venues, timings, and messages can be updated any time while your invite is live, on the same link.

New requests

Work beyond your original order may be quoted separately before we start.

If we don't hear from you within 7 days of delivery, the design is treated as accepted. Event detail updates stay available after that.

You're responsible for the names, photos, text, and any other material you send us. You confirm that:

• You own it or have permission to use it
• It doesn't infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy
• It isn't unlawful, offensive, or misleading

We may decline or remove content that breaks these terms.

On the Signature plan, your invite collects responses from your guests, such as attendance, plus-ones, dietary preferences, and messages.

• Share your invite link only with people you intend to invite
• Use your guests' responses only to plan your event

We handle this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may share your invite link with your guests and on your own social channels for your celebration. This is a personal, non-commercial right. Without our written permission, you may not resell the invite, copy its design into other products, or use it commercially.

What stays yours

You keep ownership of the photos, stories, and details you send us. You give us permission to use them to create, host, and deliver your invite.

What stays ours

BeCrisp HQ keeps ownership of the ChatShaadi name and brand, the platform, chat interface, templates, code, and the designs, illustrations, animations, and music we create or provide. You may use them as part of your invite under section 7.

We'll only showcase your invite or review on our site with your consent.

When using ChatShaadi, you agree not to:

• Use invites to send spam or to impersonate someone else
• Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site
• Scrape or copy the site, its templates, or other users' invites
• Use the service for anything unlawful

We may suspend or remove invites and accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep every invite available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, since it also relies on networks, browsers, and messaging apps outside our control.

• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it
• We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as event costs or missed attendance

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to cover any losses or claims we face that arise from content you send us or from your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and we'll let you know by email about significant changes. Continuing to use ChatShaadi after an update means you accept the new terms.
